My Journal Entry 6/11/10 Friday



I started today Very Late! Had a very late night and couldn't make myself wake up. Once I did, I just didn't feel like eating anything. We always go to my parents on Fridays for a late lunch. Today we had Subway. By the time we ate it was 4pm and I was so hungry I forgot to take a picture! I had the footlong Turkey on Italian herbs and cheese bread. with lots of veggies, No cheese and Lite Mayo.

Not much happened in between today. A little housework and after I dropped my daughter off to go to her dad's for the weekend, I went to the Greenway to walk 3 miles.

When I got home, I fixed a Lean Cuisine Meal and had a snack of 3 Sliced strawberries and a Sliced Apple.

I'm sure I will probably grab another snack sometime before bed. Maybe some more fruit, or some vegetables or almonds.  But for now here are the totals.
