My Journal Entry 6/19/10 Saturday


Today was a pretty productive day. Got Lilly's room cleaned and got my car cleaned out. Now it just needs a bath!

I started the day without breakfast, wasn't hungry. But later grilled veggie skewers for lunch.

Grilled Veggie Skewers

I also had a Lipton Green Tea Berry, which is not the diet version.

Total Protein -      0g









For dinner I grilled Ribeye steaks, had baked potatoes, green beans and canned biscuits.


8 oz Ribeye, Baked potato light butter, Green beans, 2 can biscuits
Total Calories -  681
Total Fat -           33g
Total Carbs -      67g
Total Fiber -         8g
Total Protein -     27g

Total Calories -  900
Total Fat -           33.5g
Total Carbs -       120g
Total Fiber -        13.5g
Total Protein -     30.5g

Activities- Just a couple hours of chores.
