When I was looking at my calendar, I realized that my next mini goal is fast approaching, September 14th, when I am supposed to weigh 169 or less! I really want to meet this goal and I have 19 days to do it!
I have not been walking at all, it is way too hot, however the evenings have been cooling off recently. I have no choice, I'm going to have to do it!
So I set my starting weight at 179 as of today and hoping to lose 10 pounds in 19 days?! We shall see.....
