I purchased all my healthier options this week for about $24! If I didn't
watch the sales and use coupons, it would have cost me $64 buying the
same products and shopping at the same stores! I saved $40 this week
just on my personal eating plan! Not only that, but I have enough
Cereal, Milk, Yogurt and Oatmeal to carry over to next weeks plan as well!

MEAL PLAN

This was an easy meal planning week. There were plenty of deals. I have a
pretty good stockpile to help with meal plans in the coming weeks if the sales
are kind of dull. I found Boneless skinless chicken breast for $1.59lb at Food
Lion last week. So I separated it to make quick individual meals for Salads
and such! Makes for really cheap and easy meals! Looking at the plans, it's
very easy for me to eat for about $2.50 a day and stay on my diet plan!

Breakfast Choices:

• FiberOne Cereal and 1/2 cup Skim Milk (215 Cal - $0.28/serving)
• Low Sugar Oatmeal and Fruit ( 170 Cal - $0.36/serving)

Healthy Shopping for the week 6/9

Here are some Healthy things I picked up from Publix to ad to my diet meal plan for the week! As you know eating healthy can run on the expensive side if you don't keep your eye out for deals!

I had $22.55 worth of stuff, but got it all for only $3.25! That's some Healthy Savings!

$0.99 Red Grapes! Great deal, healthy snack!

Grapes can be very expensive, but I have been noticing they have been going on sale more often! They make a great snack and are very healthy! Not to mention in these hot months ahead they would make a wonderful treat frozen!

If you have a Food Lion or Bloom nearby, they both have Red Seedless Grapes on sale for $0.99lb!
One of my local stores, Cooke's, has the Green seedless grapes on sale for $0.99lb!

All of these sales ads run til 6/8 so you have time to stop in and grab some!
