I purchased all my healthier options this week for about $24! If I didn't
watch the sales and use coupons, it would have cost me $64 buying the
same products and shopping at the same stores! I saved $40 this week
just on my personal eating plan! Not only that, but I have enough
Cereal, Milk, Yogurt and Oatmeal to carry over to next weeks plan as well!
MEAL PLAN
This was an easy meal planning week. There were plenty of deals. I have a
pretty good stockpile to help with meal plans in the coming weeks if the sales
are kind of dull. I found Boneless skinless chicken breast for $1.59lb at Food
Lion last week. So I separated it to make quick individual meals for Salads
and such! Makes for really cheap and easy meals! Looking at the plans, it's
very easy for me to eat for about $2.50 a day and stay on my diet plan!
Breakfast Choices:
