So it's Saturday and sadly I don't really have much planned. Daughter is still with her dad so I am thinking I will catch up on a little housework, put some more content on my site and go for a walk later.
For Breakfast I heated up some Breakfast Burritos. These were made a few weeks ago
as a Freezer Cooking Day Project. You can see the recipe here. I wish that I would have made that batch with the low carb tortillas, but sadly I did not. These still aren't too bad though!
Bacon, Egg and Cheese Burritos

I Really need to get the day started, but can't seem to shake this feeling I need a nap already!
So, I took a nap. About a 2 hour nap! I realized I was so sleepy because of the rain and storms outside! After I woke up from my nap, I did a little housework then had a snack.

I then worked on my site a bit, among other things online. After that it was time for lunch.
I went with something light and just made a Salad with Lettuce, diced tomato and onion baby carrots and 5 slices of Oscar Mayer Deli Shaved Turkey. The Salad Dressing was a Light Tomato Bacon.

Since the rain had let up for a while, It was time to get my walking done for the day. Again I went to the Greenway. It was a bit muddy in places and the creek was overflowing in spots as well, but it was still a pretty day. I got 4 miles in today and took about an hour and 15 minutes! Burning a total of 396 calories!
It was very hot and muggy I usually walk during the hottest part of the day, today I went at 6 in the evening and I believe I sweated more today than I have in my life! When I got home I did 50 Crunches/sit-ups, which doesn't burn many calories, (maybe 30) but will strengthen the muscles in my stomach!
Needless to say I was ready for a shower! Which was very nice after this awful hot day!
I then grabbed some grapes as a snack!

Did a bit more housework, and decided I better eat dinner before it got too late in the evening. I went with a Healthy Choice Meal. It was the Country Breaded Chicken one, and I have to say I enjoyed it very much! It was one of those meals I had in my freezer for a while, and kept picking others over it. Not sure why but just decided to give it a try tonight. It was great!

I'm a night owl, I stay up really late reading other blogs, working on my own, watching TV and that sort of thing. I will probably have some kind of Fruit and yogurt tonight before bed but I'm going to go ahead and update my totals for the day.
