My Journal Entry 6/20/10 Sunday

I'm having to play "Catch-up" with my journal entries. I haven't been posting them in a timely manner!
As for Sunday, it  consisted of a little housework, and a bunch of food! I know I went over my calories today! There is no way that I didn't, I just ate too much or too often. Lilly wanted some Mac and Cheese to start the day, So that is what I had too!  I ate less than the standard serving size.

 Macaroni and Cheese 2/3 cup.

It's Father's Day so I visited my parents and had some pizza. I only ate 2 slices and it was vegetarian.

When we got back home, there was a wonderful Shaved Ice Truck that ran by our house. (This is going to be my problem for the Summer!) This Shaved Ice was great! Maybe I need to make it only a treat if I behaved well on my diet enough to have a small one! Lots of sites have different calories, not sure which to go with, however I didn't put a lot of syrup in mine.

We got to go swimming today at the inlaws. So I got to get a little exercise in. We were swimming for about an hour and a half. I made it a point to do a lot of laps and force myself to swim no matter how tired I got. They were fixing hamburgers and I knew I was going to have one! I estimate burning at least 500 calories swimming! Then we ate.
